An 18 cm cotton futon mattress with a latex foam core for a softer, more cushioned surface that isolates movement well. The latex adds gentle give and bounce, while the cotton (with 5–10% polyester for density) keeps the natural futon feel.

Care guide

• Use a sheet to help protect the mattress and keep it looking neat.
• Turn and rotate the futon regularly so it keeps its shape, airs well and wears evenly — turn it 180°, swapping the head and foot ends, roughly every 3 to 4 weeks.
• Vacuum the surface to lift dust. For stains, dab gently with a slightly damp, colourless cloth and a little clear washing-up liquid, then lift any excess moisture with a dry cloth or paper towel.

Each futon is handmade, so small differences in size and weight are natural.
