Care instructions

Solid oak is a natural material: colour and grain change over time and small harmless cracks along the grain can appear.

• Wipe the wood with a firmly wrung-out cloth; use a wood cleaner for stubborn stains.
• Sand rough spots lightly with fine sandpaper (never steel wool), always along the grain.
• Keep away from strong heat sources such as radiators and stoves.
• White oiled oak: treat regularly with white-pigmented furniture oil.
• Smoked oiled oak: treat regularly with clear or natural furniture oil; black-pigmented oil refreshes the dark tone.
• Upholstery: vacuum fabric regularly and spot-clean with a slightly damp cloth.
