Care instructions

Solid wood is a natural material: colour and grain change over time, a tabletop may arch slightly with the seasons, and small harmless cracks along the grain can appear.

• Wipe daily with a firmly wrung-out cloth; use a wood cleaner for stubborn stains.
• Sand rough spots lightly with fine sandpaper (never steel wool), always along the grain.
• Avoid hot or damp items directly on the wood, strong heat sources such as radiators and stoves, and airtight covers like oilcloth.
• Treat tabletops on both sides.
• White oiled oak or beech: treat regularly with white-pigmented furniture oil.
• Natural oiled oak: treat regularly with clear or natural furniture oil.
